We maintain safety stock at all of our distribution hubs specifically for emergency orders. Standard GMA pallets (48x40), 42x42, and 48x48 sizes are almost always available for rush fulfillment. For specialty sizes or large rush volumes, we coordinate with our network to consolidate inventory and meet your deadline.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order is 50 pallets for delivery. For pickup orders at our facility, there is no minimum — you can purchase as few as you need. For orders under 50 units, we recommend our pickup option or ask about consolidation with other orders heading to your area, which can reduce per-pallet delivery costs significantly.
Do you offer free delivery?
Delivery is included at no extra charge for orders of 500 or more pallets within our standard service radius of each regional hub (typically 100-150 miles). For smaller orders, we provide transparent flat-rate or per-mile delivery pricing in your quote. We never hide delivery fees — what we quote is what you pay.
Can I visit your facility before ordering?
Absolutely. We welcome client visits at our Houston headquarters and at any of our regional processing facilities. Seeing our inventory, grading process, and quality control procedures firsthand gives you confidence in our products. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept ACH bank transfers, company checks, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and wire transfers. For established accounts, we offer Net 30 payment terms upon credit approval. Prepayment discounts are available for large orders. We work with your accounts payable process to make transactions as smooth as possible.
Can you handle multi-location deliveries?
Yes, we regularly coordinate multi-location deliveries for clients with facilities across multiple states. We can split a single order across several delivery addresses, each with its own schedule and pallet specifications.
