What is the difference between Grade A, B, and C pallets?
Grade A pallets are in premium, like-new condition with minimal cosmetic wear and no structural defects. They are ideal for retail, pharmaceutical, and food industry use. Grade B pallets are in solid structural condition with minor cosmetic imperfections like board discoloration. They work perfectly for warehousing and general logistics. Grade C pallets show visible wear but remain structurally sound, making them ideal for one-way shipping or internal storage. Each grade is inspected to ensure it meets the structural requirements for safe use.
Can I mix pallet sizes and grades in one order?
Absolutely. Many of our clients order a mix of sizes and grades to match different operational needs. You might use Grade A for outbound retail shipments and Grade C for internal warehouse transfers. What if a pallet arrives damaged or does not meet the grade specification?
We stand behind our quality guarantee. If any pallet does not meet the grade specification it was sold as, we will replace it at no charge. Simply notify your account manager within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement on the next available shipment or issue a credit to your account.

Yes. Most of our high-volume clients are set up on recurring delivery schedules ranging from daily to monthly. Are your pallets suitable for export and international shipping?
Yes. We maintain a large inventory of ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets that are fully compliant for international shipping. These pallets carry the official IPPC/HT stamp required by customs agencies worldwide. We stock heat-treated pallets in all standard US sizes as well as Euro pallet dimensions. If you need certified pallets for export, just specify this when requesting your quote.
